1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on SaveMyDate, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions
• You have read and agree to our Privacy Policy
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use SaveMyDate, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age
• Community: You must be a member of the Sindhi community
• Marital Status: You must be unmarried, widowed, or legally divorced
• Intent: You must be registering for genuine matrimonial purposes only
• Legal Capacity: You must not be legally prohibited from entering into a marriage under applicable Indian law
• Identity: You must register using your own identity — proxy or third-party registrations are not permitted (except parents/guardians registering on behalf of their adult child with the child's consent)

We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these criteria.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (OTP, password)
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your contact information (mobile number, email) remains accurate and up to date
• Immediately notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account at info@savemydate.in
• Not sharing your account with any other person
• Logging out of shared or public devices after use

SaveMyDate is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these responsibilities.

4. Profile Accuracy & Admin Approval

4.1 Accuracy

You agree that all information you provide in your profile is accurate, truthful, and complete. This includes but is not limited to:

• Name, age, and date of birth
• Marital status and family background
• Education and professional details
• Photos (must be recent, clear, and of yourself only)

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

4.2 Admin Approval

All profiles are subject to review and approval by our admin team before becoming visible to other members. We reserve the right to:

• Reject any profile that does not meet our community standards
• Request additional verification documents
• Remove or edit profile content that violates these Terms
• Suspend or permanently ban accounts at our sole discretion

Approval typically takes 24–48 hours. We do not guarantee approval of any profile.

4.3 Profile Photos

Photos must be genuine photos of yourself. You must not upload photos of other individuals, celebrities, stock images, or obscene/offensive content. We reserve the right to remove any photos that violate this policy.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities on SaveMyDate:

• Creating fake, duplicate, or impersonation profiles
• Harassing, threatening, abusing, or intimidating other members
• Sending unsolicited commercial messages, spam, or promotional content
• Soliciting money, financial assistance, or gifts from other members
• Sharing contact details of other members without their consent
• Using the platform for any purpose other than genuine matrimonial intent
• Attempting to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized areas
• Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from the platform
• Uploading malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Engaging in discriminatory behavior based on religion, caste, gender, or disability (beyond the platform's stated community focus)

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban, without refund of any subscription fees paid.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Subscription Plans

SaveMyDate offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans unlock additional features such as sending interests and viewing contact details. Current pricing is available on our Pricing page.

6.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.

6.3 Subscription Activation

Your subscription becomes active immediately upon successful payment confirmation. Subscription duration begins from the date of activation.

6.4 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable as our services are digital in nature. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on exceptions and the refund process.

6.5 Taxes

All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable GST. You are responsible for any other taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the SaveMyDate platform — including but not limited to the logo, design, graphics, text, software, and features — is the exclusive property of SaveMyDate and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial matrimonial purposes only.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content without written permission
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the platform
• Use the SaveMyDate name, logo, or branding without prior written consent

By uploading photos and content to your profile, you grant SaveMyDate a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content to other registered members for the purpose of matchmaking.

8. Privacy

Your use of SaveMyDate is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

9. Disclaimers

SaveMyDate provides a platform to connect individuals for matrimonial purposes. We do not:

• Guarantee that you will find a suitable match
• Verify every claim made in user profiles beyond our standard verification process
• Conduct background checks or criminal record verification
• Take responsibility for the accuracy of information provided by users
• Guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strongly recommend exercising caution and conducting your own due diligence before proceeding with any match.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SaveMyDate and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from interactions between members, including meetings arranged through the platform
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct or content

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We strongly advise meeting potential matches in safe, public locations and informing a trusted person before any in-person meeting arranged through the platform.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@savemydate.in.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Providing false information
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Subscription fees paid are non-refundable upon termination due to Terms violations.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws of the State of Gujarat. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at info@savemydate.in. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
