How is SaveMyDate different from other matrimony sites?
SaveMyDate focuses exclusively on the Sindhi community, offers OTP and document verification, uses roses for match requests, and keeps your contact details private until mutual acceptance.
Is my information safe?
Yes! Your contact details (phone, address) are hidden until you and another user mutually accept each other. Only initials are visible until acceptance.
How do I register?
Click on "Get Started" or "Register" and enter your phone number. You'll receive an OTP for verification. After verification, complete your profile step by step with your details and preferences.
How long does profile approval take?
Profile approval typically takes 2-3 business days. Our admin team reviews all profiles to ensure quality and safety for the community.
What information do I need to provide?
You'll need basic information like name, phone number, date of birth, gender, education, career, family details, and your partner preferences. All information is kept secure and private.
How does the matching work?
Our algorithm matches profiles based on your preferences including age, caste, subcaste, education, location, and other criteria you specify in your profile.
What are roses?
Roses are the platform currency. 1 INR = 1 Rose. You need roses to send match requests (10 roses) and accept matches (50 roses each). Recharge your wallet to get roses.
How do I send a match request?
When you find a profile you like, click "Send Request" or "Express Interest". This costs 10 roses. If the other person accepts, you both pay 50 roses each to unlock contact details.
How do I recharge my wallet?
Go to your Wallet section (after login) and choose a recharge package (₹500, ₹1000, ₹2000, or ₹5000). Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. 1 INR = 1 Rose.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets like Paytm and PhonePe through our secure Razorpay integration.
Can I get a refund?
Roses purchased are non-refundable once credited to your wallet. For payment issues, please contact our support team with your transaction details.
